I will do "frog exewrcise" during my work out and at the uni, when I feel like I want to eat something :)

I like doing cobra exercise because it helps my body to stretch really good :)
Now will add it at the end of my training as well to help me fight post-training hunger. Didn't know it's possible. Nice!
