As a person who spends a lot of time working at computer I know hopw much neck and spine hurt after the end of a working day. I have tried some self-massage for my neck and I remember I felt really good after it, but the effect didn't last long at all.

When I sit too long I feel like my neck and eyes start hurting.
Just like you I tried some sel-massage, and really, after I massaged my shoulders, I could even feel that I see better!

It comes because neck muscles are closely connected with our eye muscles. If there tension in neck, it also applies pressure on your eyes and can even worsen your vision. This why it's important to work your neck out.

I have tried a massage session twice in my life, and the results were just incredible. I loved it. But I can't visit massage therapist a lot, and I also can't perform it at home either.. At least I will be able to repeat the same amazing affects on my body :)

Visiting a massage session is kind of pricy, can agree. The relaxation after a good massage session is just something awesome.
