Rabbits don't like to eat carrots. It's a myth. Carrots are too sweet for a rabbit and can damage its teeth. Rabbits are fond of freshly cut grass and corriender.

Rabbits like carrot-tops....as in the leafy part, not the root. We eat the root.

You forgot hedgehog vs. porcupine. Hedgehogs can roll up, porcupines can't. Porcupine quills are barbed, hedgehog spines are not. Hedgehog spines don't normally come off (except for certain diseases), porcupine quills easily detach into predators. Porcupines are rodents, and thus have rodent teeth. Hedgehogs are not rodents.
