First one, before is better; second one, after is better.
20 Men Whose Experiments With Their Looks Became a Roaring Success
Sometimes you just need to lose a few pounds or change your hairstyle to look like a completely different person. But the heroes of this article have a much wider scope for experiments because they can also shave off or grow a beard. Yes, today we are focusing exclusively on men.
At Bright Side, we believe that these “before/after” transformations turned out to be really good. What do you think?
“My husband’s makeover”
“Weight down, confidence up!”
“After a lifetime of having ugly teeth, I decided to do something about it. A year in comparison.”
“Results after 6 months of training”
“I’m an albino. I just dyed my eyebrows and stopped cutting my hair short.”

I love it! The difference little changes can make are extraordinary!
Sweetheart, you are gorgeous however I wish your hair color was the same as your eyebrows
“A few years passed before I finally felt confident enough to post my own progress.”
“One year apart. I just changed the haircut.”
“I still struggle with body image and disordered eating but today? Today, I’m proud.”
“I lost weight and grew a beard.”
“I just changed some eating habits and began to exercise more frequently. ”
“I know it’s not a lot of weight loss, but everyone around has really noticed it and I’m feeling more confident.”
The difference a little style change can make

Eh…looks exactly the same. Both styles are weird short mom hair
This is what happens when you exercise 20 minutes a day for one year.
“I finally decided to chop the flow and couldn’t be happier with the results.”

Like the smile in the first photo, hair in the second.
“I struggled with an eating disorder for years, but powerlifting saved me.”
“I spent 2.5 years on it, but it was worth it.”

Nice. Wear your retainer as they will shift back over time. Try a permanent retainer bar on the top. Goes behind front 4 teeth. Advise from a mo that has put braces on 4 kids and as adults all shifted back but one.
“I’m finally happy with my skin.”
“Me wearing shirts. 2017 vs 2020”

I am so happy you found shirts. Now you can go into stores and restaurants. Just kidding you look great!!!
“I’m never going to be clean shaven again!”
“Me before and after my hair transplant”
“My 65-year-old dad let me dye his hair purple. I think he looks cute.”
What bold experiments would you dare to do? Or maybe you’ve already realized your dream? Share your before and after photos in the comments below.

the 20 minutes a year is basically nothing and his progress isn't that much for a year
hey, at least he tried.
Aditya, not cool man.
The point is is that he showed improvement, maybe not a huge improvement (to you), but improvement none the less. He's showing that he was able to take a simple change of working out 20 minutes a day to get his body where he's happy with it. And maybe this will kick-start someone else's motivation.
Why you gotta make comments like that? There's a part of this person's body that they didn't like so they took the initiative to do something to make it better and you're still putting them down? And you act like he didn't do much. A lot of other people on the list only grew a beard or got a haircut. The whole point is they took initiative to do something, no matter how big or small, to feel better about themselves.
You had the opportunity to lift someone up and give them a "good job!" and you put them down. You're sad.
Welcome to the internet... people aren't usually nice here.
