A German Graffiti Artist Transforms Swastikas Into Cartoons to Brighten Up Berlin, and It Works
#PaintBack is not just another hashtag among millions. It’s a campaign created by Ibo Omari, a graffiti artist who lives in Berlin. He remakes swastikas that have been graffitied onto walls into nice and beautiful drawings, because he doesn’t want the art of graffiti to be associated with hatred. Instead, he creates colorful, fun, and kind images that make his city brighter. He inspires other graffiti artists to respond with love to this Nazi insignia.
We at Bright Side think that love is the best way to change the world. Ibo Omari does an excellent job of this and his work should be seen.

Have you ever created graffiti? Do you think it improves a city or is it better to just wash all the pictures away? We would like to hear your thoughts in the comments.
