Antonella is the daughter of Tarsila Rosa Cordeiro and Flávio Dyego Vilela. The mother believes Antonella recognized her father’s voice, who used to talk and play with the baby every day during the pregnancy. “They put her on top of me sleeping, and as soon as he spoke to her, Antonella opened her eyes and smiled!” said the mother.

“He always told her that he loved her very much. He said ’good morning’ when he went to work and ’good afternoon’ after he arrived, said he would always be there, caressed my belly... And, amazingly as it seems, always at the same time every day, she started to move. And as soon as Antonella was born, her father repeated the phrase he always said when she was in the womb, ’Hi kid, daddy is here!’” says Tarsila.

Flávio mentioned that he felt blessed to receive her daughter’s smile, “I thought I knew what a feeling of true love was until I looked at that most sincere smile in the world... At that moment, I was sure what love was,” he said.
