Two days ago, things got worse. She tagged my kids in a meme that made them look silly. They laughed about it like it was normal, but I lost it. I texted my ex and asked him to speak to her. But he shrugged it off and said, “She’s part of their life now, get used to it.”

Get a court order barring your ex from letting her be around them. It can be done. If you have to ask for supervised visits with him to get the point across, do it. Making images of ANY CHILD UNDER 18 public is dangerous to say the least. All it takes is one nutcase to see them and obsess over them. Stalkers have a much easier time when these morons with nothing to lose, post things that they should not. Your ex should be outraged and you should already be much more outraged. Who is looking out for your kids?

Get a lawyer. They're not her kids, you're asked her to stop. And now she's using them for gain. See if you can stop her from being allowed around them when your ex has visitation. Go to the site hosting her blog, tell it that they're not her's, she doesn't have permission to use them and demand it's taken down. Sue her.

I think you can sue her ? Photo and recording children without their parents / guardian permission already breaking law at my place. Remember, you already diforced with him so only your voice matter in here, act fast before she get indecent materials from your children. Ex: photo them near cigar butt, empty injection / powder, or when they changing clothes. PTA will rob your children latter.
