As humans, we are obsessed with symmetry. Geometric patterns give us a sense of pleasure, and that’s why we search for them everywhere we look. Fortunately, we have some artists that do the work for us, like Karin Pfeiff-Boschek, a pastry designer who puts incredible detail into each of her symmetrical pie designs.
