Also, keep in mind that appearances can be very deceiving. The eternal lettuce x hamburguer war 😂
There are good and bad calories, so eating 17 and a half cucumbers might be better than eating 2 1/2 hamburgers. (Occasionally I eat 5-10 cucumbers in one setting because I can. )
Nope. There's no such thing as good calories and bad calories. They are all just calories. Units of energy. There is no difference in the calories.
This is Monday, and this actually helped me to get my diet started xD
