I love color yellow. Especially the lighter yellow. My kids' room is painted a light yellow. It's bright, it's lively and happy :)
What It Really Means If You Love the Color Yellow

Yellow is one of the world’s least favorite colors. So when you ask someone, “What is your favorite color?” it might be hard to find someone who says yellow. But, it can actually say a lot about your personality and most of it is good. So, for the few who love this color, here are some things about your bright personality that will surprise you.
The Bright Side team gathered everything that liking this color says about you, so you can be a proud lover of the color yellow.
1. You enjoy learning and sharing knowledge.
People that consider yellow their favorite color, are more likely to enjoy learning and sharing this knowledge with other people. When we say knowledge, it doesn’t mean something specific or something about your job. It can be trivial or about something weird. You just like to be the smart one and learn about all the things you possibly can.
2. Happiness comes easy to you.
Happiness is something that comes easy to you, not because your life is perfect, but because you are a positive person that looks for happiness and because you are always trying to see the cup half full. It is way easier to look at the down side of things, but people that have yellow as their favorite color are the ones that try really hard to see the bright side and make the most of a situation.
3. You are like sunshine.
If you are crazy about yellow, people may often compare you to the sun since you are bright, positive, and always looking for happiness. There is no bad weather or clouds when you are around. This usually happens because you tend to force yourself to see the good side of every situation you are in and, therefore, you are the one with that smile on your face at all times.
4. You’re very communicative.
Having the color yellow as your favorite color means that you are probably a very communicative person that enjoys a challenge. Making friends is not a problem. Getting to know people and talking to them is something that comes quite easy to you, and even if you are shy, you are still communicative toward others.
5. You are dynamic but careful.
If you consider yourself a yellow lover, you are a dynamic person, but that doesn’t mean you are not careful. You calculate things and don’t make any decisions without analyzing everything. You can be impulsive sometimes, but you try to protect yourself as often as you can, so you can enjoy all the wonderful things that life has to offer.
6. You are fun!
People who enjoy yellow are usually fun and really entertaining. You can be known around like the clown of the group since you are always cheerful and shining. Staying positive is your motto. You are the fun one and that can be really great because people enjoy being near you since you are always playing around and making sure everything is as good as it can be.
