14 Pressure Points to Get Rid of Annoying Aches All Over Your Body

Acupuncture has been used in China for thousands of years, and selecting the right points can significantly reduce physical pain or mental imbalances, as well as improve general well-being.
Bright Side selected a few well-known pressure points which you can make use of in everyday situations.
1. The Three Miles Point
Location. The Three Miles Point is located about 1.5 inches below the knee cap.
Use. It can help to improve the work of the digestion system and help treat various stomach aches, vomiting and nausea.
Bend the legs and apply firm pressure for one minute.
2. The Third Eye Point
Location. The Third Eye Point can easily be found between your eyebrows.
Use. It helps with headaches, depression, chronic fatigue, and stress.
Apply gentle pressure for one minute.
3. The Pericardium Point
Location. The Pericardium Point is located on the inner forearm about 3 fingers from the wrist, right between two tendons.
Use. It helps to provide relief from nausea, vomiting, and motion sickness.
Apply firm pressure and massage for 4-5 seconds.
4. The Tong Zi Liao Point
Location. The Tong Zi Liao Point is located in the corner of the eye.

Location. The Kunlun Mountains Point is between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon.
Use. It provides relief for neck, shoulder and back pain.
Apply firm pressure for one minute.
14. The Crooked Pond Point
Location. The Crooked Pond Point can be found on the crease of the bent elbow, closer to the elbow.
Use. It helps to get relief from cold and hay fever, and sore throats. It also helps to improve the functioning of the immune system.
Bend the elbow, apply pressure with your thumb and massage or hold for one minute. Change arm and repeat.
