Exercise and a healthy diet makes a difference. Also, I always say to my students to try meditation... It helps in controlling your emotions and when it comes to food, some people get emotional about it and it really needs to be controlled! :)

Amazing. At one point in my life 10 yrs ago I was almost 300 lbs. I am now 120 and know what u all went thru. Congrats on one of the hardest journeys of ur lives.
