year ago

Following the rise of social media, beauty is gaining ever-growing importance in our lives. This is why many people, including celebrities, are opting for cosmetic interventions in order to attain the current “standards of perfection” and keep their youthful appearance. However, some of them end up regretting these procedures and realize that looking natural and true to who they are is far more important for them than looking picture-perfect.

She went under the knife 2 years after turning into a big star thanks to the movie Dirty Dancing and she noted “I went into the operating room a celebrity and came out anonymous.” She added, “I’ll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognizes because of a nose job.”

Cameron Diaz

The 50-year-old actress opened up about having Botox injections in the past, however, she was not satisfied with the results. Diaz admitted “It changed my face in such a weird way that I was like, ’No, I don’t want to [be] like [that].’” The star added, ’’I’d rather see my face aging than a face that doesn’t belong to me at all."

She went on adding that she does not mind her laugh lines, explaining “Guess what this means, I’ve smiled my whole life. I love life. I’m happy I don’t have a problem with that.”
