She previously explained that she chooses to stay active, saying, ’’As a general rule, I tend to move. I don’t go to a gym ever. I don’t diet ever.’’

Hunt went on noting that in the ’80s, she used to diet, but that left her feeling ’’miserable,’’ so she decided to stop chasing the ’’perfect body." Instead, she focused on physical activities like walking, surfing, and yoga to keep her healthy.

And when it comes to her beauty philosophy, there is one important rule that Helen swears by. She noted ’’Love yourself, love yourself, love yourself,’’ even though she acknowledges that that’s not an easy goal to achieve.

She also prioritizes her comfort by being laid-back over a high-maintenance lifestyle. The actress explained, “The people I work with beg me to put on something other than sweatpants.”

Having said that, Helen loves a good glow-up every now and then, especially when she has a premiere to attend. She noted, “I didn’t go to my high school prom, so I try to turn those events into a prom moment.”
