It’s no secret that stardom often comes together with a complete makeover and that sometimes includes a complete dental makeover. Celebrities whiten their teeth, change their shape, and even get a new set of teeth if they deem that necessary to get the perfect smile. Of course, these little fixes can make their face look totally different. We guess that’s the price they pay in order to have a perfect smile that could be on one of those ads for toothpaste!

I'm sure I have seen far worse pictures of Ronaldo and his teeth... but yeah he changed his looks so much.. he used to have spaghetti hair :p
