Every parent probably has something to say about the bad things their children do. Broken devices, drawings on the walls, broken furniture — all these things are just a small price to pay for the happiness of being a mother or a father.
We at Bright Side are sure that almost all kids can be naughty sometimes, but all of them do it in their own unique ways. And our article proves it.
“Went to bed last night and almost had a heart attack. The child insisted she had to print something for school.”
“My kid had half a banana this morning. This is the other half. Why?”
“My 2-year-old daughter surprised me with a sick new skin for my PS5!!”
Butterflies used to get stuck in the web, and now — grandmothers do.
- My son was 5 or 6 years old and he was a big Spider-Man fan. He went to stay with his grandmother for the weekend and, at one point, she ran to the store. While she was gone he found a thread and made “webs” around the entire apartment. His grandmother was shocked when she came back and opened the door. © Tatyana Narseeva / Faceboоk
“My daughter’s bat morph suit”
“One of the kids bedazzled my stockpot. Thankfully the heat helped get the adhesive off.”
“My kid destroyed my monstera and ripped all of the leaves off. What do I do from here? Should I ignore it? Trim?”
He will probably be a clothing designer.
- My child used to be very curious in his childhood: he would check to see how his scissors cut different things. Charging cables, blankets, my underwear, his brother’s clothes, bedsheets, books. I found so many of my clothes cut. © Darina Omurzakova / Faceboоk
“Toddler learned how to use the microwave.”
“Don’t think this needs any explaining really.”
A smart kid is never bored.
- My daughter was 4 years old and she was taking a bath. I stepped away for a minute. When I came back, I saw a cloud of foam and smelled washing powder. She told me she couldn’t reach the foam, so she took the washing powder, put it into the bathtub, and made the foam appear. © Liana Lionchik / Facebook
“My kid decided to hit baseballs toward the house.”
“One of my kids knocked over my carefully organized hardware box in the garage.”
Our parents knew how to keep us interested.
- We weren’t very rich. My mom rarely bought candy and hid it in a drawer that she locked. When I was 5 years old, I had a brilliant idea: open all the other drawers, so I could reach the candy from the locked one. I did it for a few days until my mom noticed there was almost no candy left. © Dinara / Facebook
“My son left his coke in the freezer. I was late to work when I discovered it.”
“Asked my kid to bring me up toilet paper so I could finish my business and this is what he presents me with...”
“My kid hid a book in his laundry. It disintegrated and ruined all the clothes.”
“Was getting my son ready for school. The backpack was too heavy. I opened it and saw... Come on!”
“I asked him why he needed 7 cars. I mean, he’s in the first grade. It turned out they had a race at school. Well, it’s better than playing games on the phone.”
