What 10 Famous People Might Look Like If They Had Let Nature Take Its Course
Botox, plastic surgeries, fillers, and other aesthetic treatments are no longer reserved only for the wealthy and those who have reached a certain age. More and more people, regardless of their age or gender, decide to resort to a little external help to look and feel better. And in this case, celebrities are no exception.
That’s why Bright Side wanted to find out what some celebrities would look like today without intervening in their bodies with cosmetic treatments.
1. Dolly Parton
“I may look fake but I’m real where it counts,” the country singer openly confessed in an interview. “If something is bagging, sagging or dragging, I’ll tuck it, suck it or pluck it” is another of her well-known phrases, which hints at her stance on cosmetic surgeries and touch-ups.
2. Gwyneth Paltrow
she looks better without
Actress and businesswoman, Gwyneth Paltrow, has spoken openly about the cosmetic treatments she has undergone, as she is also the face of a brand of anti-wrinkle injectables, which she herself uses to “look less angry.”
3. Kris Jenner
The “momager” of the Kardashian/Jenner clan has no qualms confessing to the various cosmetic procedures she has undergone over the years. Breast augmentation, Botox, laser, and facial fillers are just a few of them.
4. Simon Cowell
The music impresario, talent show creator and judge was one of the first male television personalities to confess to using Botox. Simon has also undergone a facelift. “For me now, it’s all about having clean skin. If you have clean skin, you look better. But you have to be very careful with some of this stuff,” he warned.
5. Kylie Jenner
Because of a comment after her first kiss, Kylie Jenner started having insecurities about her lips. “I felt unkissable,” she confessed in an interview. From that moment on, she developed an obsession with this part of her face, making it up to make them look thicker. Then, as soon as she could, she underwent treatment to plump her lips to achieve her signature look that she maintains today.
6. Tyra Banks
“Fix it or flaunt it — I think women should be able to do both,” the supermodel and TV host once said about cosmetic surgeries and treatments. For Tyra, who also confessed to having a nose job early in her career, the important thing is to stop judging each other for body choices.
7. Mickey Rourke
The actor, considered quite the heartthrob in the 80s, is one of the few who has confessed to having undergone cosmetic surgeries. “Most of it was to mend the mess of my face because of the boxing, but I went to the wrong guy to put my face back together,” he said in an interview. In 2017, he even posted a photo on his Instagram account moments after a nose job.
8. Kaley Cuoco
Kaley is another of the young actresses who doesn’t hide or regret her aesthetic operations. In an interview, she explained that she has had a nose job, a boob job, and filled in a line that was marked on her neck. “As much as you want to love your inner self... I’m sorry, you also want to look good,” said the actress.
9. Madonna
That would have been Madonna at 83, not 63.
“I am certainly not against plastic surgery. However, I am absolutely against having to discuss it,” the queen of pop once said, making clear her open stance regarding cosmetic treatments, but her reservation when talking about them.
This she confirmed once again in 2019 (after rumors of a new operation emerged) through her Instagram account: “Desperately seeking no one’s approval... and entitled to free agency over my body like everyone else!”
10. Sylvester Stallone
In an interview in 1992, when Sylvester Stallone was 45 years old, he confessed to having undergone facelift surgery on the left side of his face. But the intervention, beyond being aesthetic, was also performed to correct a birth problem that caused stiffness in his lips, tongue, and cheek, something that even affected his speech. But after that, Stallone’s face has continued to change over the years, revealing one or two other retouches.
What is your opinion regarding cosmetic retouching? Is there any part of your face or body that you would like to change or improve?
