All of these people show a great deal of willpower and I find them all to be a massive inspiration. They have all given themselves a great chance of a healthy long life and they all look amazing. For those who overcame ill health such as cancer, anorexia and kidney transplant ❤🤗 much love is sent their way and I wish them to continue to have a healthy and long life.
I myself was extremely overweight and do have several health problems, including Type 2 diabetes since I was 21 years old, where I was taking not only tablets but insulin injections 4 times a day. After discussion with my consultant, diabetes nurse and diabetic dietician I was put on an 800 calorie a day diet therapy, closely supervised and supported by my diabetic team. I managed to lose 6 stone and reverse my diabetes. The consultant was amazed and I was his star patient. Unfortunately since then I have had several health conditions, put on some of the weight I lost and I am now on tablets for my diabetes. Reading these people's stories have given me hope, motivation and inspiration to continue in my fight to live a long and healthy life..... watch this space!! 😁 Thank you!! ❤
