Bubble tea recipe

This glass works great with eye-catching drinks like bubble tea, for example, and you can make some at home.

Ingredients:

• 3 tablespoons of loose-leaf black tea
• 4 cups of hot water
• 3/4 cup of quick-cooking tapioca pearls
• whole milk to serve
• syrup or sweetener to serve

Put the tea leaves into 4 cups of freshly boiled water. Let the tea sit until it cools completely. Bring 4 cups of water to boil and add the tapioca pearls. Stir the pearls until they float to the top. Cook them for another 5 minutes. Test a pearl to see if it is soft enough. Cook the pearls for a bit longer if they are still stiff. Remove the pearls from the hot water and rinse them. Transfer the pearls into a bowl and mix them with a few tablespoons of syrup (to taste). Divide the cooked tapioca pearls into 4 glasses. Add a few ice cubes to each glass and pour 1 cup of the tea into each glass. Add 1^1/2 tablespoons of milk and 1^1/2 tablespoons of syrup into each glass. Your bubble tea is ready!
