I had a small infestation of carpet beetles in my bedroom, which gave me the ick, so I ordered this right away. I sprayed it on my carpet, the corners of the room, and my windowsill, as they come in from outside, then breed and eat your carpets and soft furnishings. Spraying and regular hovering got rid of them, and in about 2 weeks, they had disappeared. The scent is quite strong, so I’d advise spraying it and then vacating the room while it settles. @Nicola

We’re so fed up with the new houseplants we buy, having all these horrid gnats flying about the house and around the plants. These sticky things attracted and trapped literally hundreds of gnats very quickly. There is no difficulty removing covers from sticky parts; it’s just a bit tricky inserting them into the soil. We’ve now bought gravel to cover the soil on top of all our plants to stop the little beggars from laying their eggs. I will buy more gnat traps to keep them away! @Rincewind
3. You can turn on this electronic insect killer during the night while you sleep. It will protect you from distracting buzzing in your ears by emitting ultraviolet light that attracts all bothersome flying insects and creates electric shocks that kill them. Plus, there are no nasty chemicals and no pets will be harmed.

Did its job and did it well. I have no idea where they came from, but we experienced a plague of houseflies. We used many spray cans, which only gave temporary relief.
In desperation, I decided to buy one of those insect electrocutors often seen in shops. After 5 full trays of dead flies, the problem was solved. Highly recommended. @Neddy
4. This bed bug killer spray can get rid of these demons and not let them take over your home. No one deserves to suffer from bed bug infestations, not even your worst enemy. This spray effectively controls bed bug outbreaks, providing long-term protection for over 12 months. Keep in mind that multiple treatments would need to be done on a regular basis.

I’m extremely glad I bought this. I noticed a female bed bug crawling on my bed one day and was shocked to find some eggs under my mattress. Thank God I caught it before it became widespread. I quarantined my bedsheets and washed them at 60°C (140°F), sprayed my mattress sides, and put a bed bug lining around them, then sprayed all areas around my bed in every crack I could find.
Long story short, I haven’t seen a single bed bug since this spray solved the issue completely. I use it weekly now just to touch up any areas they could survive in. The smell is a little offputting, and you should also wear a face mask when spraying because some weird stuff gets into your throat and feels like you have some stuff inside when you swallow, but it’s excellent considering the price. @Adam
5. Use these stainless steel bird spikes to prevent birds from landing without causing them harm. These spikes require no maintenance, even after 15 years of use. They can withstand any weather conditions and stay intact through blizzards and windstorms without rusting or loosening. And these spikes can be utilized as a barrier against raccoons and squirrels.

I’m so happy it works. These are not expensive and are well worth the time and money. It does a fantastic job of keeping pigeons off my balcony. No more pigeon poop and feathers to clean up.
It took a little time to put them together, and I attached them to the balcony railing with zip ties. It does come with zip ties, but I used thicker ones because I wanted to make sure they stayed in place. They’ve already withstood a heavy, windy rainstorm. I am so pleased with this purchase and recommend them to anyone having problems with pigeons or other wildlife. @Babycakes
6. This clothes moth trap kit can keep you from worrying about the tiny jerks coming for your favorite clothes and creating holes in them. This set contains one pack of 10 pheromone pads and 5 clear trap hangers. Because the traps have no odor, your clothes won’t stink.

100% successful; I will keep buying refills. These are brilliant, and I have ordered more. 1 night hanging on the back of the spare room door, and it caught loads! I have 3 more in my main room and 1 downstairs in the living room. In 1 week, I must have caught over 150 clothes moths.
My clothes are safe again. I also use a spray on the carpets to prevent the females from laying or killing eggs. These sticky traps only catch males, but they work 100% of the time and are fast. Do wear gloves when assembling, as things can get sticky if you have chunky fingers like me. @T. McCarthy
7. This bait station for ants can stop them from freely running around your house, especially your kitchen. If you can’t find the nest and can’t just fling powder around because you have pets, this is the perfect solution. Put 2 of these down where there are most of the ants, and you won’t see a single one afterward.
Promising review:
We’ve used these ant stops before, and they really do work! They get rid of ants within hours; it says 3–5 days, but we find that as soon as they are put down, the ants move out. They are safe and convenient to locate around the house. When opened, they don’t give off any odor, and nothing leaks out.
Just put them near where the ants are appearing, and it does its magic. 100% recommend.
I’m not sure if they can go outside in the rain though, as I’ve never tried that. But they definitely deal with the house and cupboards. 👍👍👍 @Roy
8. A crawling bug trap allows you to sleep well without worrying about enormous spiders crawling about in your bedroom while you sleep. When they step on the sticky base, it traps them. The surface is so sticky, they won’t be able to escape.
Promising review:
These definitely catch most spiders. It’s possible but unlikely for something to escape once it goes inside. My cats learned to avoid them too. It’s better to place a lot of them around since there’s no bait, and it still relies on the spiders going inside in the first place.
I just place them in corners, along walls, or where I’ve spotted a spider, e.g., under the washing machine, and it’ll eventually catch the spider. There’s no getting around the arachnophobia, even of a caught spider, but it’s better than the alternative of them running around. @David W Parsons
9. This extremely effective fly catcher is simple to use; just combine the additive with warm water in the trap, place it where you want it, and that is it. As it begins to attract and trap flies, the dead ones will attract even more. The only disadvantage is that it stinks, but that’s what attracts the flies.
Promising review:
I can’t believe how amazing these worked! I had a fly issue in my house; loads of them came in during the summer, and I struggled to keep them out. I had around 20–30 flies around the window, flying around. I bought these, but I usually think products like this don’t always work well.
I put one in front of my house and one in back. 24 hours later, I had no flies at all in the house.
They worked incredibly well. I would leave windows open all day and never get any of them.
The only thing to prepare for is that the containers filled up with flies very quickly; in about 4–5 days, the container was nearly full, so buy the refills. When you throw it out, the dead flies smell a bit. The bonus is that it doesn’t attract any bees! @Will Zoppellini
