2-Year-Old Secretly Orders 31 Burgers From McDonald’s and Surprises Everyone
Nowadays, kids become tech-savvy in childhood, and many of them know how to turn on YouTube to watch their favorite cartoons. But the hero we’re featuring today has developed his skills even further. He may only be 2 years old, but he has already learned how to make online orders.
The mom of a 2-year-old, Kelsey Golden, was playing with her son when she got an unexpected delivery. A courier came to their home with a large paper bag containing 31 cheeseburgers. Kelsey was very surprised and thought the courier confused the house with someone else’s, but her name and address were on the package.
Apparently, her little son mistakenly ordered these cheeseburgers from McDonald’s using her phone.
Little Barrett usually plays with his mom’s phone, taking photos and laughing at himself, but this time, he went further. He opened up a delivery app and made an order. After placing it, Kelsey even got a message that her order “would take longer than expected,” which was confusing. But when the courier came, everything became clear.
Barrett ate only half of one burger, so the next problem was what to do with the remaining 30? Kelsey made a post on Facebook, and later a couple of women approached her to take a part of the order, and the rest of the burgers went to Kelsey’s neighbors.
When the staff from McDonald’s learned this happened, they invited Kelsey and her son to their restaurant. The place was decorated with balloons, and Barrett received his Happy Meal. The story went viral and everyone in the place wanted to meet the boy.
But this isn’t the end of the story, as little Barrett got even more! Later, McDonald’s sent Kelsey a gift — matching T-shirts for the whole family and 31 gift cards for free cheeseburgers!
