Grapefruits are awesome! I eat them a lot, and I know that they are great antioxidants and benefit our immune system.

Chicken, spinach, blueberries and eggs are my must haves, when I'm on a healthy diet and do sport. These products will never let my body down, I have tested it many times! :)

I like almost every food from the list, except pears. They seem to sweet to me.. But maybe I should eat them from time to time, since they are so healthy :)
