I used to get frustrated if the toilet paper roll was not over. Now I put it on however I had it in my hand. There used to be plenty of things I used to get bent out of shape over, including other drivers. Once I allowed others and myself to make mistakes my stress has gone down. I do like order, I just dialed it back a little for my own sanity.

It is not to say I don’t get frustrated with myself for making mistakes, I just try not to let it negatively affect my health anymore. Next step is to not let it affect my confidence either.
