#15: 1 can also be the father. The mother could have one allele for brown eyes and one for blue eyes (heterozygous) of the genes controlling eye colour. But the allele for the blue eye gene is not expressed as there is only one present in the mother’s cell (recessive) and brown eyes is expressed as one allele is present (dominant). Same logic for the father from 1 so the baby can inherit two recessive blue eye alleles from two heterozygous parents

In fact, she has to be heterozygous as the baby has to inherit two recessive blue eye alleles from both parents to get blue eyes. 1 and 3 could be the father. Seems like the makers don't understand genetics.
