On many occasions, secrets can worsen a relationship and even terminate it after some time. And some secrets are way too heavy for a person to carry, and maybe that’s why it’s good to let go of the burden. Perhaps the consequences will be a lot to handle, but at least a considerable weight would be lifted off the person’s shoulders. On the other hand, sometimes secrets aren’t so big or important, so keeping them from others is okay if it prevents your relationship from getting awkward.
Do you have any dark secrets you wouldn’t want anyone to know? Is it something that would embarrass you or cause great discomfort to others?
