For many people, losing those annoying extra pounds can become a very difficult dream to achieve. But reality can be quite different, since it is totally possible if you are persistent. Of course, you have to make certain adjustments to your lifestyle, diet, and physical exercise. With time, you’ll not only be able to notice changes in your body, but also in your health. When that happens, you understand that all the effort and sacrifice was worth it.
In a Reddit thread, users shared their impressive results of being persistent in losing weight, and Bright Side made a compilation with some of their before and after photos.
