We’re all pretty familiar with people trying to lose weight, but we don’t often think about the other side of this coin. A high-calorie diet and regular exercise are part of the daily life of those struggling with weight gain. Luckily, a group of courageous people made it through the difficulties of this journey, and now they are healthier and more joyful than ever.

Bright Side couldn’t be more proud of them and decided to share their stories with you today.
