In an upcoming biography penned by journalist Walter Isaason, set for release on September 12, surprising news has surfaced about their growing clan. The biography unveils that the couple, Musk, aged 52, and Grimes, aged 35 (real name Claire Boucher), has quietly welcomed their third child.

Reportedly, the couple has welcomed another son together. According to the biography, he is named Techno Mechanicus, also known by the nickname “Tau.” However, the biography’s specifics regarding the infant’s birth, including the date and place, remain hidden for now.

The couple welcomed their first child, X Æ A-12 (later modified to X Æ A-Xii), affectionately referred to as “X,” on May 4, 2020. Subsequently, in December 2021, they celebrated the arrival of a daughter born via surrogate, named Exa Dark Sideræl, with the endearing nickname “Y.” Remarkably, this came just three months after Elon Musk and Grimes publicly ended their three-year relationship.

Grimes hinted at having more babies together before

In a March 2022 interview, Grimes revealed the desire for more children, expressing, “We’ve always wanted at least three or four.” However, the turbulent nature of their relationship became evident when, the same day after the interview release, Grimes announced their breakup via a tweet. With three children now shared between them, Elon Musk’s family continues to grow, as he is also a father to six children from his previous marriage to Canadian author Justine Wilson.

Grimes also believes in a different parent approach and revealed that she doesn’t identify as being a mom. Instead, her eldest son prefers to call her by her name.
