She's so precious, bless her heart and her family. I've always thoroughly loved her movies comedy and horror alike and I'm certainly happy for her to be celebrated with this achievement. Wishing her the best for years to come.
Jamie Lee Curtis and Her Husband Prove How Strong Their 38-Year-Long Marriage Is at the Oscars

After her lauded portrayal in Everything Everywhere All at Once, Jamie Lee Curtis finally took home the Oscar for best actress in a supporting role this Sunday night. On this special occasion, she was accompanied by her long-life companion, Christopher Guest. The adorable duo was all smiles and sweet glances as they strolled down the red carpet in stunning attire.

During the course of their 38-year marriage, Jamie Lee Curtis and actor Christopher Guest have shared many unforgettable experiences, but celebrating her Oscar triumph is perhaps one of the most memorable.
Jamie and her husband rarely make a public appearance since they have always chosen to stay private in their personal lives. Yet, given the unique circumstance, the winning actress brought her special date to support her and enjoy a night at the Oscars. Jamie Lee dazzled in a glittery nude dress on the Academy Awards red carpet, and Christopher looked dapper in a timeless black tuxedo.

Holding hands while posing for photos, the pair exhibited a solid and harmonious connection. Then, Christopher stepped back, gave his wife the spotlight, and watched as she smiled for the cameras on her own. Nevertheless, there is always a fantastic man behind every great woman, and Guest has frequently demonstrated what a lovely and supportive companion he is to his wife.

After her name was called out on stage to announce her award for best supporting actress, Jamie instantly ran to hug her husband, sharing their joy in one strong hug and confident glance. Her husband Christopher is also an actor, so seeing his wife win an Oscar made him as happy as Jamie was.

Upon receiving the honor from presenters Ariana DeBose and Troy Kotsur at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, Curtis addressed the crowd, saying: “It seems like I am standing here alone, but I am not. I am hundreds of people, hundreds of people.”
Throughout her speech, she thanked her husband.

The actress was speechless when she stood in front of the audience, holding her Oscar. Throughout her statement, she emphasized her gratitude to her adoring fans, saying, “To all the people who have supported the genre of movies I have made all these years, the thousands and hundreds of thousands of people, we just won an Oscar together!” Curtis remarked.
Her famous parents, who had never previously won an Oscar, were also given special recognition. “My mother and my father were both nominated for Oscars in various categories.” An emotional Curtis then looked to the sky as she spoke of her late parents, “I just won an Oscar!” she added.

After thanking her entire crew, Jamie turned to face her husband and said, “To my family, my beautiful husband, Christopher Guest,” with a cracking voice and a sweet smile. In the meantime, the camera pans to frame her husband, who is blowing her a kiss. “Our daughters, Annie and Ruby [...] we just won an Oscar,” Jamie added, tears welling up in her eyes.
