The hurdler hamstring stretch is one of the hardest for me. Every time I try to perform it everything hurts - me legs, arms, spine and even my neck! I'm not flexible at all ?

It takes some time to learn how to perform it. Your body isn't flexible enough for it yet but all you need to do it to keep trying every day, step by step. Soon your body can stretch further and the exercise will be easier

I would like to be as flexible as a cat because I like how cats are ,powerful, flexible , mysterious. It's all me . But I want to have flexibility
