nope, nope and nope!
She doesn't look at all like Diana. She has a much 'harder' and angular look to her. She looks like her father for sure, but not like Diana.
The Similarity Between Kitty Spencer and Her Aunt, Princess Diana, Is Simply Striking

Princess Diana’s niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, is a famous British model and a huge influencer on social media, but recently she attracted the attention of the whole internet due to her striking resemblance to her famous aunt. Her followers even started calling her “the younger version of Princess Diana.”
So here at Bright Side we were fascinated by how similar Lady Spencer is to her legendary aunt and decided to find out what Diana’s niece is up to today.
The world knows and adores Lady Kitty Eleanor Spencer for her restraint and grace, her unrivaled sense of style, and her mind-blowing resemblance to her aunt Diana.
Kitty is the daughter of Princess Diana’s younger brother — Charles Spencer, she was born on December 28, 1990. As we all know, Princess Diana was married to Prince Charles of Wales, until they divorced in 1996, after 15 years of marriage. So Kitty is not an actual born-and-raised royal, compared to her cousins Prince Harry and Prince William.
Kitty was only 6 years old when Princess Diana passed away, but as she shared in an interview, Kitty remembers her vividly and considers herself lucky to have those happy memories she spent with her aunt.
Kitty and her aunt actually have more in common than just their remarkable resemblance. This young model, like Diana, is also very involved in charity work. In 2016, Kitty was chosen to be an ambassador for Centrepoint, a non-profit organization that helps homeless people in the UK.
Young Lady Spencer followed in her mother’s footsteps — Victoria Aitken was also a famous model. Kitty works with Storm Management, which works with fashion legends like Cindy Crawford, Kate Moss, and Cara Delevingne. Given Kitty’s degree and career choice, fashion is her biggest passion.
Before Kitty got involved into the modeling business, Kitty studied at the University of Cape Town in South Africa and got her degree in psychology, politics, and English literature. Later on Lady Spencer applied to Regent’s University London for her masters in luxury brand management.
Kitty is now only 31 years old and doesn’t have her own kids, so she constantly participates in a lot of social activities in kindergartens, orphanages, schools, and universities.
During her public appearances, Kitty prefers elegant outfits, but at the same time even appears to be a trendsetter, just like Princess Diana was for her time.
Kitty`s weekdays are full of photoshoots and campaigns, gala events, social activities, as well as traveling, active sightseeing, and parties with friends.
Kitty has almost 748,000 followers on Instagram, where she shares her everyday photos. She admitted in an interview that one of the reasons she likes Instagram is because she can always see what her friends in her hometown are up to while she’s traveling for work or sitting in London watching the rain.
We`re sure Diana would be proud of her lovely niece. What do you think?
