It looks like even makeup was bold and reckless back in the ‘90s. Many of us still have photographs that show us wearing typical hairstyles and makeup looks of that crazy epoch, and we rocked those trends like superstars. Skinny, thin eyebrows, dark brown lipstick, overlined lips, black eyeliner, heavy smokey eyes, and, of course, neon blue eyeshadow — makeup looked so different back then.
