Woman Accused Her Husband of Cheating, But It Turned Out She Is The One Who Should Apologize
As the years roll on and the initial honeymoon bliss becomes a thing of the past, reaching the decade milestone in a relationship can often illuminate specific challenges that are more prone to arise. Couples often begin to feel like mere roommates rather than romantic partners, and many individuals do not necessarily find having an affair a better solution.
Our reader, Amy, faced something that forever shattered the peace of her family life: she suspected her husband of cheating. Amy wants to share her story so other couples don’t overlook these troubling symptoms.

We’d also like to offer a checklist of common dementia symptoms. If the affected person displays several of these signs, it’s advisable to consult a doctor for a comprehensive assessment.
Common early symptoms of dementia include:
- Memory problems. It’s normal to occasionally forget appointments and remember them later. A person with dementia may forget things more often or not remember them at all. They may also forget simple words or substitute inappropriate words, making sentences difficult to understand.
- Personality or behavior changes. Someone with dementia can have rapid mood swings for no apparent reason. They can become confused, suspicious or withdrawn. Some can become disinhibited or more outgoing. Dementia may cause a person to lose interest in previously enjoyed activities or require cues prompting them to become involved.
- Loss of ability to do everyday tasks. People can get distracted and forget to serve part of a meal. A person with dementia may have trouble with all the steps involved in preparing a meal. The person may have difficulty making appropriate decisions, such as what to wear in cold weather.
- Disorientation. A person with dementia may have difficulty finding their way to a familiar place, feel confused about where they are, or think they are back in some past time.
- Abstract thinking. Managing finances can be difficult for anyone, but someone with dementia may have trouble knowing what the numbers mean or what to do with them.
- Misplacing things. Anyone can temporarily misplace a wallet or keys. A person with dementia may not know what the keys are for.
Sometimes, people fail to recognize that these symptoms indicate something is wrong. They may mistakenly assume that such behavior is a normal aging process. Symptoms may also develop gradually and go unnoticed for a long time. Also, some people may refuse to act, even when they know something is wrong.
