This is a bad article, with poor advice and body shaming of people trying to be fit.

Kick Rocks... and go analyse why you think women should only look one way...

This was an utter bullshit article that shames women who look strong and healthy. You guys need to put your shit in a bag and take it somewhere else.

Hey the article isn't ordering you to have a body like that its just the choices you make, looking muscular is pretty beautiful itself but what if one is trying to give a feminine shape to her body and have been doing these exercises. She can really fix her mistakes for the results which actually makes her happy. Love yourself is good and everything but try to change yourself for your own happiness isn't all that bad. Try to get that in your head or its too late.

The show is over. The comment is hidden.
You missed Malisa's point completely. This article perpetuates wrongheaded stereotypes and body dysmorphia.

No understanding of fat loss and physiology. Worst fitness article ever. When writing an article come first, understanding the subject covered comes second this is the result.

I’m finding lots of ppl hating it but I love it bc since I was born male my shoulders are more brawd and I want a more feminine shape so ppl see me as who I am and not male hopefully this works for me during transition ?

You could have at least learned proper terminology before writing this drivel. It's leg extensions, not "unbending the legs". The article is riddled with incorrect terminology and misguided advice. My 12 y/o could have done a better job after watching a few youtube videos.

My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your Grandfather put us through." I agreed. At 28, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because this article gave me terminal cancer anyway.
