Oh also- I love most articles here (typically not political, a lot of wholesomeness, and interesting topics many of us can enjoy 😊 thank you) but I really love kitchen gadgets and the “make your life easier” posts. I am the type of person that gets excited about a device that can encourage me to do something a certain way and more often. I definitely try the tried-and-true way first (and a “hack” of course) to see if I’m decent at it, then eventually buy or ask for a helpful gadget. I also have a sister with high-functioning special needs and understand that there are countless people that aren’t lazy, but just haven’t found an accommodating way to do something in the kitchen yet. I follow a chef from the UK that reviews kitchen gadgets and he hopes to highlight features that can make something more accessible- even for things such as arthritis. Just because YOU don’t see the logic behind a product or gadget doesn’t mean it isn’t helpful for someone else.
