Pets bond with their humans like babies do. Just like attention-seeking toddlers, they follow their owners around, bring them toys to play with, and find it difficult to understand the whole concept of personal space.

Well a lot of people who don't want a pet end up loving them and that's probably why they don't want them. Sure it's fine when they are there but saying goodbye will hurt
