1. The eye color of Legolas in The Lord of the Rings

In The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, the Elven prince, Legolas, has blue eyes. However, you’ll notice that in some scenes during The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, especially battle scenes, his eyes change colors to purple and brown.

He couldn’t wear contact lenses every day because they scratched his corneas. In some scenes, the production team digitally changed his eye color.

2. The book in The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It

In the film, there is a shelf of books that appears in one scene. One of the books there is Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell, a magical historical fiction published in 2004. The small, unaddressed mistake here is that The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It was set in the 1980s.
