Seeing famous kids grow up right in front of our eyes makes us a little bit nostalgic. When we experience nostalgia, it can actually help us get through difficult situations in a healthier way. We release emotions related to the past and are more open to connecting with others and “looking backward to move forward” more enthusiastically.
