Sharon Stone Shows How to Look Youthful at 65
In 2001, Sharon endured a life-threatening stroke that left her devastated. In an emotional conversation with Oprah, she revealed that her journey to recovery spanned seven long years, during which she felt like she had lost her inner radiance. However, through resilience and determination, Sharon not only managed to regain her radiance but also surpassed her previous state of being.
She started painting.
In a surprising photo shared by the 65-year-old star, Sharon effortlessly captures attention as she applies painter’s tape to a canvas, donning stylish spandex short-shorts. The image showcases a vibrant scene filled with artistic chaos, featuring splashes of paint, a sizable canvas, and captivating photos adorning the walls. “At work in my studio. I know...bend at the knees,” she captioned the photo.
However, it’s impossible to overlook Sharon’s impeccably sculpted legs, which command the spotlight as she passionately dives into her creative process. Experience the allure of this intriguing moment as Sharon demonstrates her artistic prowess while exuding confidence and style.
She doesn’t let herself do nothing.
“People think that you have to go to the gym, and you have to do 3,000 pounds of weight all the time, but you don’t. You have to move your body, and add a little bit of resistance. Periodically throughout the day, I just move my body.”
Sharon says that little things make a big difference. During breaks or while watching TV she will always add some training that keeps her body fit. Also, it’s important to find time for meditation. She can break out from whatever she’s doing and go sit down to make an exercise from Kundalini yoga.
She prefers tofu to meat.
“So I just did tofu and vegetables and only clear flat water. Typically, I don’t have a lot of dairy and I go through periods where I just don’t have it for a few weeks at a time when I’m trying to clear up my skin, or I don’t feel like my intestinal tract is as clean as I want it to be. I really like dark chocolate and stuff.”
Once a week she has poached eggs and doesn’t allow her to drink carbonated water or eat products with sugar.
Embrace the journey ahead with open arms at any age, knowing that the best is yet to come. It’s important to experience the magnificence of every chapter and cherish the remarkable moments that await you.
