The bridge photo is just an optical illusion. The actual bridge, which is called the 江嶋大橋 (Eshima Oohashi) in Tottori Prefecture, is a lot less daunting (although still pretty steep) when viewed from Google Street View. Even so, I still wouldn't try to cross that bridge in any kind of snow or storm event.
