So what if places are crowded or foggy, when one person goes?! Obviously time of year, photo angle, actually being close to the landmark makes a huge difference. We need more posts about “the right time of year/day” to visit these places. The last photo is the most realistic. Photographers know about lighting, time of day, and how to have the subject in the photo instead of a crowd (unless a crowd is supposed to be in a shot.) Sure, for some places the “postcard” photo may be unrealistic, but I hope expectation vs. reality don’t keep people from learning about interesting/beautiful places. I still LIKE these types of articles though, it reminds an introverted nerd like me that I definitely should choose the right time of year to make certain trips.
20+ Photos of Sights That Are Way Different From What Guidebooks Promised

When choosing a place to spend our vacation, we freeze when we see amazing photos of beaches and sights in capitals that we find when reading the ads and guidebooks. And, unfortunately, sometimes it happens that when we finally arrive at our destination, the place doesn’t even look close to how we expected it to be. A beautiful view might be spoiled by an angle that is different from the ad photos and a huge crowd of tourists, or some unusual natural phenomenon.
We at Bright Side are asking you not to panic and not to get upset when something like this happens. Just enjoy the new views, because you went on vacation to experience new and positive emotions. And this article will show you what you should be ready for.

This is your stupidest article yet! Most of these are just two pics taken at different angles! I ask myself why I keep coming back to this app. It's ridiculous.
Some people should pic a better time to visit these places! also are we suprised that cool landmarks are crowded?
