1. Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon set up a real Candyland for their kids right at home. They filled a massive room with every type of sweet treat that a child could ever wish for. And not only did they have a room devoted exclusively to candy. They also created a huge ball pit in their living room, and stocked it with a ton of red balls.

2. Ludacris

A famous rapper and actor, Ludacris admitted in 2016 that he rented out an entire theater to watch a movie with his family. As he said on his Instagram: “Sometimes you have to rent the entire movie theater out for your fam and babies to yell and disrupt the movie in peace.” Well, some people can really afford all the comfort they need to enjoy a new fancy movie.

3. Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise is also ready to spend an extra $200,000 just to be closer to his loved ones. When his then future wife, Katie Holmes, was pregnant, he bought a sonogram machine so he could watch his baby in the womb every day.

4. Madonna

Princess Diana had and still has a great impact on society. But who influenced our beloved influencer herself? In 2001, Andrew Morton, author of Diana: Her True Story, told the LA Times: “It’s funny because I asked Princess Diana who she admired. She said, ’Mother Teresa, Margaret Thatcher, and Madonna.’ Strong women.” Madonna also admired Diana very much and wanted to be a princess. So she has transformed herself into royalty. And in 1985 even played Diana in a Saturday Night Live sketch.

5. Elton John

Rocket Man once admitted to receiving a truly unique and bewildering bill. It’s said that in just 20 months he spent £293,000 (or $395,400) on florists alone. And it was all for his then-partner John Reid. “I like flowers,” said Elton John, “I like to spend money. It’s my money to spend.” Well, at least it’s romantic. And there are not many celebs out there ready to spoil their loved ones with tons of flowers like that.

6. Angelina Jolie

Billy Bob Thornton said that his then-wife Angelina Jolie once had the idea that they should wear each other’s blood in a vial around their necks. For her, it was just like wearing your son or daughter’s baby hair in one or something like that. “She thought it would be interesting and romantic,” said Thornton. And added, “And we were vampires and we lived in a dungeon.”
