With colorful landscapes and streets where it seems that not even a pin could be out of place, this country has a great charm and magnetism that attracts all kinds of people, especially foreigners who are on the other side of the planet longing for exotic adventures. The car in 15 is NOT a "Kei" car, since Kei cars always have yellow license plates. Cars with yellow license plates (軽自動車) get discounts on insurance, highway tolls, inspections, and car taxes. That car with the white plates doesn't qualify as a Kei car.
