For some people, change is sometimes necessary to transform themselves into stronger, healthier, and happier people. Seeing this change in someone else can be inspiring enough to make us strive for what we want and finally take the plunge to shake things up. Even when things get tough, these people persevere and prove to the whole world what they are capable of.

Bright Side has found some people who shine brighter than a star because of their transformations, inside and out. We simply had to share their strength with you all.
