If you ask several people what they think about pit bulls, you will probably hear lots of scary stories. According to these people, these dogs hate everyone, attack everything that moves (and sometimes even things that don’t move), and are dangerous even for their owners.

But we at Bright Side have seen photos of pit bulls with cats, parrots, and other pets. And we decided to find out if these photos are real.

He’s still a puppy, but he already wants everyone to know how scary his teeth are.

They look like completely harmless dew drops.

They have probably done something naughty...

This parrot has no idea that this dog is one of the most dangerous ones in the world.

They are going to get you, wherever you are.

Pit bulls are masters of disguise.

You should always be on the lookout.

Because their teeth are not just for smiling.

But seriously, they are no more aggressive than any other dog breed.

If you train them right, they can live with other pets.

And even learn something from them.

Pit bulls can be very grateful. This guy follows his owner everywhere since he adopted him from a shelter.

“This is Atlas. Most people don’t like him because he is a pit bull, but all he wants is love and to be dressed up.”

They’re all good boys.

This guy loves to give kisses.

How can someone not want a high 5?

They can be great companions and true friends.

My baby girl BellaBeki, the pit bull sister and guardian angel of my young daughters. Tender heart, a protective giant with a fluffy heart, her presence a natural remedy for the soul. I'm so grateful and proud to be her mama owner... She actually thinks that I'm her mom ??? SO TO ALL IGNORANT NAYSAYERS, A PIT BULL DOG is the kindest, most faithful, loving, caring, dog you can have.

I've met plenty of sweet Pitbull's and plenty of very aggressive ones, I've seen Pitbull's smile at me and once had one growl and lunge at me for stepping on the sidewalk in front of it's house, it's a really mixed bag and this article isn't doing the breed any justice.
you can absolutely train them to be lovely and sweet dogs but you definitely can't trust any old shmuck who wants a pitbull to do it, if you don't put a good deal of effort into disciplining them against their instinctively violent nature (which most people don't) then yes they can be very dangerous and you should always veer on the side of caution around them because it really is a coin toss on what the owner is like.
but not all of them are dangerous, and if you know the owner well and they seem like a sweet and friendly dog then there's no need to be afraid of them, but just because a few of them are nice doesn't mean a whole lot of them aren't.

I love all animals!!! PS did you know I love pitbulls too?Also the dogs in the pic are not mine
