Just pay the college tuition, your behavior is childish! How can you demand the stepdad pay it, it's sad she left you for him but do you see what your petty behavior ended up getting you.
If you feel you are entitled to see your daughter you also need to bear the responsibilities.
You didn't even think about your daughter, and his conditions aren't outrageous, I would have just plain out said don't forget your responsibilities as a dad.
Apologize and pay the college fees, if u really wanna be a man, pay the whole amount for the college fees.
