I cannot see faces in my dreams up till I am 19. Later I could and it's awkward when I see them IRL

That's probably because no one ever talks about what they can't do in their dreams, so if you never had it yourself then you wouldn't know about it

So the one where you can't dream about Physical Exercises interests me, cause it was only just the other night I had a dream about me and my Personal Trainer having a training session at the gym. So what does that mean.?

I hate to be disagreeable but I definitely can do physical things in my dreams - from as far back as when I was in grade 6 I used to dream of walking places and it was real enough that I could not tell I was not awake doing it, but at that time if I tried to do something complex it was in slow motion like I was in molasses but by the time I was in my early 20s I had dreams in which I fought battles [I had trained in kungfu for about 7 or 8 years at the point I first remembered a dream in which I was fighting]

Now I had always believed the thing about reading, until tonight - I heard a joke in my dream and a couple people in that dream wrote what they thought was the punchline - one wrote Who cynior and I looked at it and did not understand, then I glanced at what a second person wrote and it was Who Senior - as it happens, my wife woke me at that moment and I assumed that I had not really been asleep but that it was just a vivid visualisation because I had always heard you can't read but then my wife told me that she woke me because I was snoring so loudly - since there had been no snoring sounds I think I had to have been totally asleep.

So yes, you CAN read in a dream and you CAN do physical activities in a dream - now maybe not everyone can, the fact that back in the 60s I could do simple things like walking but could not fight [or fly, something I often tried to do but never managed back then] but by the end of the 70s I was able to fight suggests it depends on what you try to do, as if it can be a learned skill.

Or maybe I became able to move about freely because I had spent years training to control my body - perhaps martial artists and dancers and such can do it because they are more comfortable with how their bodies move.

I cannot be a normal person in my dreams. I'm always a spy, secret agent or some random guy with superpowers. Even Harry Potter 🤣🤣🤣
