I'm in my mid-40s and I have only one advice to tell and to be totally related to: try therapy. Going to therapy is one of the best "investments" in my life.

this is something I also advocate. I live in a country where going to therapy or a psychologist is still frowned upon. But it truly helps.

try it, it's not too expensive these days... especially the digital one, and i am not talking about the life coach people...i am talking about proper certified psychotherapists.
