"It's not a race. Stop comparing yourself to others."Y E S. Thank you.
I'm in my mid-40s and I have only one advice to tell and to be totally related to: try therapy. Going to therapy is one of the best "investments" in my life.
never tried therapy. My sister did and she was stopped right away it was really tough :/
well, that's the thing. You need to pass the tough stuff in order to go through it and grow :)
So it;s true, you getting wiser as you get older :)
when you work with yourself I believe. That's when you grow wiser :))
:)
this is something I also advocate. I live in a country where going to therapy or a psychologist is still frowned upon. But it truly helps.
I'm with you on that :)
The best advice is:
eat pie
(kidding)
Therapy, who can afford it?
try it, it's not too expensive these days... especially the digital one, and i am not talking about the life coach people...i am talking about proper certified psychotherapists.
