I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with that last part. If cold weather is so great, why is everything bad named after it? :P Cold shoulder, winter depression, frostbite, nuclear winter...

I can see why it would be hard to work there, I struggle a lot with motivation and consentration so I wouldn't want to live there either, unless I am retired maybe :D
