Fashion designers never stop surprising us, and at every new fashion week, they present outfits that make us scratch our heads and ask ourselves, “What have I just seen?” 2022 is no exception, and so far, we’ve seen a great abundance of wacky and bizarre garments, from balloon-like jackets filled with air to dresses that have cuckoo clocks instead of sleeves.
